FAQ

You're probably wondering…

Do my customers need to download an app?

No. The card goes into Apple Wallet (iPhone) or Google Wallet (Android), already on their phone. They just scan the counter QR.

What if a customer has no Wallet?

They get a web card with the same QR and stamps, which they can add to their home screen.

How do I add a stamp?

With the staff app, in any phone's browser. Scan the customer's card, tap "+1". Done in under 5 seconds.

Can a customer cheat with a screenshot?

No. The QR only identifies the customer. Only a signed-in team member can stamp, with a daily limit and a log of every action.

Can I change the design after launch?

Yes. When you publish a new version, every installed card updates by itself.

What about my customers' data?

It's yours. Phone numbers are encrypted, marketing consent is separate, and we help with the CNDP declaration (law 09-08). Export any time.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. The card, the sign-up page and messages can be in Arabic, right-to-left, or in French and English.

Is there a commitment?
