These terms govern the use of Stamply by merchants who create a loyalty card and by customers who add it to their phone.
01The service
Stamply lets a shop design a loyalty card in its own image, issue it in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, add stamps or points at checkout and send messages to its customers.
Cards are not a means of payment and have no monetary value: rewards are benefits offered by the shop.
02Merchant account
The merchant is responsible for the accuracy of their card's information, for the rewards promised and for handing them out, and for their team's access to the account.
The merchant agrees to send messages only to customers who have consented, and not to use the service for unlawful or misleading content. Stamply may suspend an account in case of abuse.
03Card holders
The card is personal and non-transferable. Stamps are added only by the shop's staff; any attempted fraud may lead to the cancellation of the stamps concerned.
The conditions of each programme (number of stamps, validity of rewards) are set by the shop and shown on the back of the card.
04Pricing and cancellation
Current prices are shown on the Pricing page. The merchant can cancel at any time; their data can be exported on request before deletion.
05Liability
Stamply does its utmost to keep the service available, without guaranteeing that it will never be interrupted. Card update times depend on Apple and Google.
